It is one of the four maths created by the revered Guru Shri Adi Shankaracharya. Joshimath is the house of Shri Badrinath as winter approaches in the area. It is also used in Auli by the highest cable car in Asia. Located 26 km from Govindghat, Joshimath also offers an amazing view of the Kalpavriksha and Narsingh temples. Joshimath is located 2100m above sea level and is a town of religious importance in Uttarakhand.
Pandukeshwar

Auli
